Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or missing tags may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
