Free shipping applies to domestic United States orders only.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. The Sassy Stafford is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, lost packages, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • New

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • Returned with tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refund eligibility is subject to inspection after the item is received.
