All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days from the date your order is placed. note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, product launches, or high-volume periods. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

**Lost / Stolen Packages
The Sassy Stafford is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
**Damaged or Incorrect Orders
